• I made a spelling mistake on my personalised item, what shall I do?
    If you have already placed your order and then realised you made a spelling mistake we are largely unable to amend your design. If you contact us within an hour and the order has not entered production we may be able to change the design. However, to avoid disappointment please ensure your spelling is correct when you place the order. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide the correct information when placing the order. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • How do I insert an image into my personalised design?
    If you would like to add a specific image to your design, please enter the image into the design box, for example, “image of a crown and princess" or “image of a football player”. We can create any image you can think of so feel free to be creative. We will only be able to add an image if it is a basic shape or outline. If you would like an exact image please leave a note in the design box saying “image sent to customer services". Please email your image to us at customerservices@dollymixboutique.com and leave your name and order number and we will email back to confirm your image request.

    Please note - we are not able to create designs of film, tv, book or toy characters due to copyright reasons.
  • Are your items true to size?
    We aim to provide accurate sizes for each product that we offer, however, we have added accurate size guides to our products for you to refer to. Size guides are located on the product page underneath the ‘add to bag’ button. We are currently working to add size guides to each product. If the product doesn’t display a size guide, drop us an email to customerservices@dollymixboutique.com and we will aim to reply to your size request within 24 hours.

    Please note - our customer service team is not able to advise on which size to purchase.
  • How do I return my item/items?
    Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All our items are made to order and are, therefore, bespoke. In the unlikely event of a fault in one of garments or products please contact us at customerservices@dollymixboutique.com.
  • I can’t check out? What shall I do?
    If you are experiencing any technical issues at the checkout, please email us at customerservices@dollymixboutique.com or use our Live Chat and we will look into this with our technical support team to fix the issue. In the meantime, if you are checking out as a guest, try creating an account with us and placing the order this way.
  • It says my email is incorrect?
    If you have entered your email address incorrectly when creating an account, you won’t receive a confirmation e-mail and consequently, your correct details will not be recognised next time you try to sign in. If you think this might be the case, please email customerservices@dollymixboutique.com with your name and e-mail and we look into this for you.
  • I have forgotten my password?
    If you have forgotten your password please go to ‘Sign In > forgot password’. Just follow the steps on the page and you will be able to reset it.
  • Is it safe to order from dollymix boutique?
    Payments at dollymix boutique are 100% private and secure. All of your information is protected behind encryption technology known as secure socket layer (SSL). Whenever you see a padlock symbol on your webpage (check the bottom or top corners) or when your web URL begins with HTTPS:// it means that SSL is enabled and is protecting your data.
  • What is a billing address?
    Your billing address is the address that your bank or credit card account is assigned to.
  • Can I change my address after placing my order?
    Please let us know immediately if you have made a mistake with your address so we are able to change it for you. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
  • What are the delivery options?
    We currently offer two delivery options for customers. Please see below:

    Standard Delivery - Tracked 48 (5-7 working days) £3.95

    UK Next Day Delivery £6.95*

    Delivery days are Monday-Friday, weekends are excluded. If your order is placed before 12 noon on a Friday, it will arrive on a Monday. Please see the estimated dates at checkout for accurate timescales.

    *Order will be shipped as Next Day once it has been produced.
  • Do you do international delivery?
    We have currently suspended our International shipping service due to the recent exit of the UK from the European Union.

    However, we are still accepting orders from Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Customers from these regions should be aware that they may be liable for additional customs charges following the UK's exit from the EU.
  • How do I get free delivery?
    Orders over the value of £50 are eligible for free delivery. This delivery option is Tracked 48 (5-7 working days).
  • How are the personalised products packed?
