How long will my order take to be delivered?
Custom made items – we aim to ship your personalised items within 48 hours from placing your order with us, shipping via Royal Mail 1st class to UK with a total estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Non custom items – orders placed before 12noon will be shipped out same day via Royal Mail 1st class delivery. If your order contains personalised items, we will ship your order out as a whole and will have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.
International shipping / EUROPE – we aim to ship your personalised items within 48 hours from placing your order with us, shipping via Royal Mail Standard delivery with a total estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.
WORLDWIDE – we aim to ship your personalised items within 48 hours from placing your order with us, shipping via Royal Mail Standard delivery with a total estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days for your order to arrive.
We do offer 48 hour delivery to europe and rest of world at a calculated price at the checkout depending on your location, please use the shipping quotation calculator for an accurate price for shipping.


I made a spelling mistake on my personalised item, what shall I do?
If you have already placed your order and have realised you made a spelling mistake, please notify us immediately, it is your responsbibilty to supply us with this information, if you contact us immediately we will be able to ammend the design as you need it to be. Call us on 07742981797.

How do I insert an image into my personalised design?
If you would like to add a specific image to your design, please enter the image into the design box, for example, “image of a crown and princess! Or “image of a football player” we can create any image you can think of so feel free to be creative.
If you would like an exact image please leave a note in the design box saying
“image sent to sales@dollymixboutique.com”
Please email your image to us and leave your name and order number and we will mail back to confirm your image request.


Are your items true to size?
We aim to provide accurate sizes for each product that we offer, however, we have added accurate size guides to each product for you to refer to, size guides are located on the product page underneath the main drop down description.
Please note - we are currently working to add size guides to each product, if the product doesn’t display a size guide, drop us an email to sales@dollymixboutique.com and we will aim to reply to your size request withing 24 hours.

What matches the items I am looking at?/What goes well with my item?
Well thas a very good question, on each product our Dollymix experts have picked out items that are similar or go with the item you are looking at, therefore making it easier for you to create an outfit for your little one, and letting us help you at the same time, shop with confidence at Dollymix Boutique!


How do I return my item/items?
We do hope you fall in love with your order, however if you are unsatisfied, please go the product that you want to return on our website, and refer to the returns drop down situated below the product main description, or email us at sales@dollymixboutique for help.


I can’t check out? What shall I do?
If you are experiencing any technical issues at the checkout, please email us with your name and the deivce that you are trying to place the order with, e.g iphone 6, ipad air 2, applemac, and we will look into this with our technical support team to fix the issue.
In the meantime, If you are checking out as a guest, try creating an account with us and place the order as ths has worked for previous customer in the past.

PROBLEMS LOGGING IN.
This usually happens for two reasons: the e-mail address and/or the password was entered incorrectly.


It says my e-mail is incorrect!?
If you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly when creating an account, you won’t receive a confirmation e-mail and consequently, your correct details will not be recognised next time you try to sign in.
If you think this might be the case, please e-mail us with your name and e-mail and we will solve the problem for you.

What is a Billing Address?
Your billing address is the address that your bank or credit card provider sends your monthly statements to.
The billing name and address appear on the monthly credit card statement. If you only conduct your credit card billing via the internet, then this will be the address you entered when you registered with your online bank.

Can I change my address after placing my order?
Please let us know immediately if you have made a mistake with your address so we are able to change it for you. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide the correct information when placing the order.
